PRICING AND AVAILABILITY
Pricing and availability are subject to change without notice. RCS Optics reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason with a full refund. We have made every effort to ensure accuracy of the information listed however; RCS Optics holds the discretion for honoring or dishonoring any offer that was publicized with errors in product descriptions or pricing information.
We understand our customers expect fast and secure delivery. All orders are generally processed the day received. All in stock items are generally shipped the next business day. Unless you choose a freight upgrade, all orders are shipped via USPS 3 day Priority Mail Service or UPS Ground Service at our option. It is important to inspect the package at the time of delivery. If there are indications that the package was damaged in transit then you need to contact the shipper and file a claim with the shipper. Products damaged in transit are not returnable.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
In the unlikely event that you need to exchange or return the purchased item(s), please notify us at Customer Service for proper procedures prior to any returns. All returns to RCS Optics must have a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) Number clearly marked on the prepaid package. Please email Customer Service to receive a number and return mailing address. Any package mailed without a Return Authorization number will be refused. Returned merchandise for exchange or refund must meet the following conditions. Returns that fail to meet these conditions will be refused:
Product must be in new condition.
EXCHANGED GOODS POLICY
The product must be returned within 14 days to RCS Optics in new condition with all accessories and manuals in original packaging, freight prepaid. Free shipping promotions are not applicable to exchanged goods. RCS Optics reserves the discretion to charge a $10 exchange fee upon examination of the returned goods. Any difference in product pricing between the exchanged goods as well as actual reshipping fees will be charged to your credit card. Products damaged in transit or defective upon receipt are not exchangeable. Refer to the return goods policy below.
RETURNED GOODS POLICY
Once a scope is mounted (placing the scope in rings constitutes mounting), it becomes a used product. Used products are only eligible for partial refund. The refund value to be credited will be determined only after receipt and inspection of returned goods and confirmation that all accessories and manuals were also returned. All return freight must be prepaid. RCS Optics encourages you to insure the package for your protection. Merchandise returned for a refund may be subject to a 15% restocking fee on selected items. Returned product is credited the amount of the order less the actual cost of original shipping, this policy applies to all orders where RCS Optics extended a free shipping promotion.
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT/ DEFECTIVE UPON RECEIPT POLICY
If the package was damaged in transit, a claim with the shipper using the package tracking number, must be made by the customer, preferably at the time of delivery. Products damaged in transit are not returnable. If a product is defective upon receipt, then the item should be returned to the manufacturer according to their warranty instructions. RCS Optics is not responsible for misprints or errors on our site or in any printed advertisement. Errors will be corrected where and when discovered. RCS Optics reserves the right to revoke any stated offer, cancel orders, and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions in any stated offer or price, including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment processed.Personal and or business checks are welcome however the shipment will be held 14 business days from the date of payment receipt.
All warranties are through the manufacturer only. No manufacture warranties are implied by RCS Optics™. We only sell products that have an outstanding warranty from reputable companies and we do not sell any used or gray market products. Typical warranties are lifetime and some allow the warranty to transfer with ownership.
