We want you to be 100% satisfied with our products and
service! We are committed to your satisfaction and would like to earn your
business for years to come. We are happy to work with you in the event that you
desire to exchange items. See the Exchanges and Returns section
below. RCS Optics™ will do our best to meet or beat any advertised price.
PRICING AND AVAILABILITY
Pricing and
availability are subject to change without notice. RCS Optics™ reserves the
right to cancel any order. We have made every effort to ensure accuracy of the
information listed however; RCS Optics™ holds the discretion for honoring or
dishonoring any offer that was publicized with errors in product descriptions
or pricing information. RCS Optics™ offers additional price discounts through
our CAP Pricing (Customer Appreciation Pricing). These prices are non-advertised prices
and meant to reward returning customer loyalty. RCS Optics™ reserves the right
to revoke the privilege of access to this price set, if in our sole
opinion, attempts were made to inappropriately access the pricing, abuse
the program, or share private password with others.
SHIPPING
We understand our customers expect fast and secure delivery. All orders are
generally processed the day received. All in stock items are generally shipped
the next business day. Unless you choose a freight upgrade, all orders are
shipped UPS ground service and will arrive in 6 to 10 days. Alternately,
USPS Priority Mail may be used. It is important to inspect the package at
the time of delivery. If there are indications that the package was damaged in
transit then you need to contact the shipper and file a claim with the shipper.
Products damaged in transit are not returnable.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
In the unlikely event that you need to exchange or return the purchased
item(s), please notify us at Customer
Service for proper procedures prior to any returns. All
returns to RCS Optics™ must have a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) Number
clearly marked on the prepaid package. Please email Customer
Service to receive a number and return mailing address. Any
package mailed without a Return Authorization number will be
refused. Returned merchandise for exchange or refund must meet the
following conditions. Returns that fail to meet these conditions will be
refused:
Product must be in new, unopened condition. Do not
remove any shrink wrap around the original box.
Return in original packaging within 7 days of delivery.
Enclose a copy of the invoice.
Enclose a brief letter of explanation.
Exchanged goods policy:
The product must be returned within 7 days to RCS Optics™ in new condition
with all accessories and manuals in original packaging, freight prepaid.
Free shipping promotions are not applicable to exchanged goods. RCS Optics™
reserves the discretion to charge a $10 exchange fee. Any difference in product pricing as well as
actual reshipping fees will be charged to your credit card. Products damaged in
transit or defective upon receipt are not exchangeable. Refer to the return
goods policy below.
Damaged in Transit/ Defective upon receipt policy:
If the package was damaged in transit, a
claim with the shipper using the package tracking number, must be made by the
customer, preferably at the time of delivery. Packages damaged in transit are
not returnable. If a product is
defective upon receipt, then the item should be returned to the manufacturer
according to their warranty instructions. If you need assistance email us

Return goods policy:
Once a scope is
mounted (placing the scope in rings constitutes mounting), it becomes a
used product. Used products are not eligible for refund, exchange, or
return.
Return credit will be applied only after receipt and inspection of returned
goods in new condition. All return freight must be prepaid. RCS Optics™
encourages you to insure the package for your protection. Merchandise returned
for a refund may be subject to a 15% restocking fee at the discretion of RCS
Optics™. Returned product is credited the amount of the order less the
actual cost of original shipping, This policy applies to all
orders including any special offers of "Free Shipping".
This means that if a product was ordered that was valid for a free shipping
promotion and the product is returned, then the actual cost that RCS
Optics™ paid for shipping the product initially will be subtracted against the
return credit. In addition, access rights to CAP pricing will be lost on return
orders.
GENERAL TERMS
RCS Optics™ is not
responsible for mis-prints or errors on our site or any printed
advertisement. RCS Optics™ reserves the right to modify or discontinue
this or any policy without advance notice. Personal and or business checks are
welcome however the shipment will be held 10 business days from the date of
receipt. RCS Optics™ may advertise and/or offer to sell merchandise without
sales tax. These offers are extended to all United States purchases except
those where the shipping address is located within the Great State of South
Dakota. Since our principle place of business is located within Yankton County,
South Dakota, we are required by the South Dakota Department of Revenue &
Regulation to apply a sales tax to all purchases where the product is
delivered to a South Dakota address. The current state sales tax rate for South
Dakota is 4%. In addition, depending upon locality within South Dakota, RCS
Optics™ is also required to charge municipal tax (1% - 2%) as well.
Finally, freight charges are also taxable within the state of South
Dakota.
Note of caution to our customers: Some retailers may offer
illegally obtained products, including grey market goods, and offer them for
sale at deep discounts. Be assured that RCS Optics™ is an authorized
dealer, only sells items obtained directly from the manufacturer or
authorized agents, and where dictated by the manufacturer we sell them at the
lowest prices allowed. If you find items for less elsewhere please
beware. Manufacturers may not honor a warranty claim on products that
were purchased through unauthorized sources.
RCS Optics™ will only ship to United
States of America and for select products, Canadian addresses. In order to
conform to US Export rules and regulations, RCS Optics™ will not engage in any
transaction that will require the illegal export of any products and will not
assist directly or indirectly with the illegal export or re-export of any
products.
WARRANTIES
All warranties are through the manufacturer only. No manufacture warranties
are implied by RCS Optics™. We only sell optics that have an outstanding
warranty from reputable companies and we do not sell any used or gray market
